This event was attended by the Governor of Riau Mr. Drs. H. Syamsuar, Msi and Riau Police Chief Mr. Inspector General of Police Muhammad Iqbal, Acting Regent of Kampar Mr. Muhammad Firdaus, Acting Mayor of Pekanbaru and accompanied by the Main Director of PT PP Infrastructure Mr. Rully Noviandar along with the Board of Directors and Director of PT PP Tirta Riau Mr. Ahmad Sanusi.
Pekanbaru – Kampar Cross-City SPAM will serve +/- 624,000 people (around 102,000 House Connections with a 0% increase in service coverage in the service area, to 55% (greenfields). As a source of raw water is the Kampar River with 24 hour/day service.
With the inauguration of the SPAM, it is hoped that the people of Pekanbaru and Kampar can enjoy clean water with proper drinking standards produced by PT PP Tirta Riau, a subsidiary of PT PP Infrastruktur.
